I’m Carey — a marketing strategist with over 10 years of experience working across digital marketing, customer experience, and UX.
Throughout my career, I’ve always been drawn to the human side of marketing: how people think, what builds trust, and why some digital experiences feel effortless while others create friction. That curiosity naturally led me into the world of customer journey thinking, where strategy and empathy come together.
My approach is grounded in clarity, simplicity, and creating experiences that genuinely connect with people. I’m particularly interested in the relationship between marketing and user experience — and how brands can build more thoughtful, human-centred digital journeys.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking with my dog, planning future travel adventures, or finding inspiration in everyday life, conversations, and creativity.
